“Rachel joined Livingston Barger in 2014. Her areas of practice civil litigation, with a concentration in medical malpractice defense for both hospitals and care providers as well as business litigation and appellate advocacy. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School with a J.D. in 2014 and received her bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago in 2011, magna cum laude
 
In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Lottie (giant schnauzer) and Lady Bird (great Dane).  Rachel loves to travel.  She also has a passion for bringing friends and family together with her home cooked meals, especially when she uses produce from her garden.  She served as Secretary of the Board of Governors of the McLean County Bar Association in 2019, currently serves on the McLean County Bar Association Social Committee, served on Prairie State’s Bloomington Campaign for Legal Services Committee and was selected as the McLean County Bar Association Young Lawyer of the Year in 2023”
